As CEO of AYS, Inc., I led transformational growth, securing a multi-million-dollar endowment and enhancing infrastructure. My leadership journey includes roles at Planned Parenthood of Indiana and Kentucky and The Children’s Museum of Indianapolis.

With an MBA from Butler University and a BA from Purdue University, I bring both strategic insight and a passion for impact-driven leadership. Through Soaring Owl Advisory, I empower leaders to break barriers, align vision with execution, and create lasting impact.
